Optoway Inc Co., Ltd. was established in March 2000. The founders of the company have over 10 years of industrial experience in compound semiconductor technology.
This expertise includes such fields as epitaxial film design, laser chip manufacturing for , Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser(VCSEL)and fabrication of photodetectors(PD).

The company is focused on, developing, manufacturing and marketing cost-effective high performance VCSELs.
Optoway is located in the Science and Industrial Complex site at Daeduck Venture Valley area where the company has a 15,300-square-foot facility for fabricating, testing and packaging of the VCSEL products.
Optoway provides not only standard products but welcomes co-development of advanced products with Optoway's state-of-the art facilities and fabrication expertise.
